Workers are always nice ... slow getting food... always fresh
Spoke with a young man in the drive thru. His name was Austin. Seemed very clear and professional however someone from upper management kept interrupting us at the window witch probably is the reason I didn't get the sause I requested..
They cannot get a order right. Inside or drive thru.
I don't usually write a bad review unless I've given a place multiple tries. I had to walk out of this Taco Bell earlier today because no one was at the counter for almost 5 minutes. The people that were waiting for their food were frustrated and obviously have been waiting a long time. The last time I was in there, there was no one at the counter for 2 minutes or so and they failed to inform me that it would take over 20 minutes to get my food. No napkins in the holders, tables and floors were filthy and the staff seemed rude and irritable. I will not be stopping here again.
I usually get taco bell a couple times a month but a think if I’m getting Taco Bell I’m gonna start going to a different one... when I get the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME it turns out totally different and not even in a good way. Nobody can get their act together there so I suggest trying the McDonald’s we got here forget taco bell
