I had been looking at this store online for quite some time. Their prices are amazing and they run sales all the time. At Christmas they sent out an email offering a "Buy 1-Get 1" gift certicate and I knew this was an offer I couldn't refuse. I recently took advantage of their 12 free samples and was pleasantly surprised-Good sizes/representations of all fabrics. I ended up ordering during one of their "50% off site wide" sales (plus it shipped free-wasn't expecting that!) and made a haul on tons of great fabrics. I admit---I'm a fabric-holic but this is an AMAZING store to lose yourself to that addiction! All orders were promptly shipped and very we'll packaged. They even wrapped it all in a free yard+ of fabric before packaging. They say with every order "you get free fabric"-So nice! I'll definitely be ordering again soon! This was the best Christmas present I ever bought for myself!!!
I feel fortune to have found such a fantastic company! They have restored my faith that great customer service still exists in America! I don't think I have ever dealt with a company like Toto Fabrics; not only is their customer service top notch, but the products, prices, and turn-around time are phenomenal!
