do write this company a check!!! I ordered furniture through them, a salesman named Nick Warren which they did not give me,they cashed my check and refused to return my money I am having them looked into fraud charges as we speak!
they owe me $8600.00 since June for work done at 4 native new Yorker restaurants here in phoenix I called 100s of times talked to the same people and got the run around every time they leave me on hold for hours or send me to a voice mail they never return calls any ways this company is a nightmare they should not be doing business they are big time scam.
Attention all furniture medic's out there these company is having issues with their furniture and hiring furniture medic to go out and repair all damaged booths for different restaurants
I drove 8 hours to Knox and specifically ordered Oak end cap booths from the owner. Their salespeople at Restaurant Furniture Supply double confirmed they were shipping Oak End Caps. The booths arrived made of low quality MDF and had cracks along all the major seams. I had to reorder $5,000 in booths from another reliable vendor because these are so poorly made. When I asked for a refund they gave me a slap in the face with $200 for the $5000 in booths we had lost. --- Just Terrible!
problem is they don't pay please be very careful when dealing with this company
