This is one of the worst managed facilities I have ever seen. The nurses hardly ever return phone calls, you can't reach a live person to save your life. You may as well call 911 because by the time you get help here, your either crazy or dead. Half of their nursing staff gives the wrong medication, and the right hand doesn't know where the left is, not just what it's doing.
The staff is constantly dedicated to providing mental, physical and emotional support, remedies and healing. No matter what your background or problems are, these caring people will be there for you and provide the support you need. They've been working with me for nearly a decade now and still haven't given up on me, when anyone else would've.
I Love Porter Starke Services. I have been going for years and I would recommend them to anyone! That staff is always friendly and nice and willing to listen they were a blessing and have been in my life def a five star service for the Knox Indiana office Thank for being there for me !!!!!!!!!! I would give them more Stars if I could cudos to all of you !!
