Great customer service, they didn't have a part I needed and helped me find it at another store! They were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a return item I no longer needed and it was no questions asked money back refund. They remember my name when I walked in. Best price and price match on most items. They have a life-long customer with me. Very friendly and helpful.

A lady manager tried to convince me to buy oil that was not for my GM. I guess anything for a sale. Remember just because they work here doesn't mean they are car experts.
Everytime I visit the knox ind store I wait to long, and if I have to order a part I get the wrong part, no matter how much information I provide them. Today was my last visit.
