Best Ford gave me my new (to me, anyway) 2011 Ford Fusion, which I'm in love with! I went to the dealership with a certain budget and the salesman (Randy) and manager (Mark) were willing to work with me for a great price. I really do mean that, Mark was able to show me what he paid for and put into the car and I think it was a steal for the price he gave us! No issues with the car and it's a perfect fit for me! :)
My husband and I were looking for a better deal with what we already had (a used 2014 Escape Titanium). We shopped around and asked who could offer us a better deal. Best Ford of Knox said they could and did. We love the 2017 Escape Titanium AWD. It was what we wanted and needed for the rural area we live in. My husband fell in love with the Escape years ago and won't own anything else. It is a reliable and safe vehicle for us in the winter. The features are great! Best Ford of Knox is a great place to do business with overall.
Only negative thing I would say is that I left the lot with less than 1/4 tank of gas, but other than that I've got a great Fusion that I believe will last. Thanks Best Ford!
Just be careful if you see their cars/prices on Car Gurus, they are not the prices posted on the Best Ford site, as the salesman explained to me. --Third party issue-- call first.
Overall very positive experience! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, they will make it worth your while to check them out! They gave me more than I was expecting for my trade in, threw in a bunch of extras, and gave me an awesome price on a truck. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle the day that I stopped in but Nick gave me an offer I couldn't refuse! They really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted.
